Answer leads while you sleep
Your agent replies to new web and email leads within minutes, qualifies them, and books the good ones on your calendar.
Tell us what’s taking up your time. We’ll find what can be automated, set it up around the way you work, and manage it for you.
That's why we start with discovery, not a menu. These are the kinds of work it turns up most often.
Your agent replies to new web and email leads within minutes, qualifies them, and books the good ones on your calendar.
Polite reminders at 3, 7 and 14 days, with a payment link. It escalates to you only when someone disputes a bill.
Bookings, reschedules and reminders across your calendar and email, so fewer people no-show and nobody plays phone tag.

We keep your agents running, fix what needs attention, and report on the work they handled.
A solo real estate agent needs less discovery than a 50-person company with several departments. Bigger teams mean more interviews and more moving parts, so we quote once we know how your business is set up.
EP Business Technologies helps small businesses hand their repetitive work to AI agents, then keeps those agents running. We come from building the systems that keep telecom networks running, where a missed alert costs real money, and we bring the same discipline to your leads, your invoices and your inbox.

As founder and CTO, Jason shapes EP’s technical direction and oversees the design and delivery of its AI solutions. He has been building with AI since ChatGPT went public in late 2022, starting while he was at Microsoft, before Copilot existed. He also builds operations software for a telecom company that manages wireless networks for the major US carriers: ticket tracking, carrier dashboards and change-approval workflows. He works from Scottsdale, Arizona.

It depends on the size of your business. The 20-minute intro call is free. Discovery is quoted based on how many people and departments we need to talk to, and it's paid up front. If you have us build and manage your agents, that's a monthly fee, and your discovery fee is credited to your first month.
An AI agent is software that handles a defined task on its own, such as replying to a new lead, sending invoice reminders or booking appointments. It follows rules you approve, and we monitor it so a person can step in when something needs attention.
No. We build on the tools you already have, like your email, calendar, CRM and accounting software. If something isn't working well, we fix it first.
That's fine. The plan is yours to keep. You can put the recommendations in place yourself, or hand them to us later.
We're set up for everyone from one-person shops to teams of 50 or more. Larger teams need more interviews during discovery, which is why we price by size.
Each agent only connects to the tools and data its task needs. Before anything is built, we walk you through exactly what each agent can access, and a person reviews agent activity as it goes live.
We're based in Meridian, Idaho, and work with businesses anywhere in the US. Everything we do can be handled remotely.
In 20 minutes we'll walk you through how discovery works and what it would look like for a business your size.
