Privacy policy
EP Business Technologies, an Esto Perpetua Holdings company ("we," "us"), keeps this simple. We collect only what we need to schedule and hold your calls and to respond to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, if you provide it.
- Your company name and size, and any answers you give when booking a call.
- Messages you send to hello@epbiztech.com.
- Basic, anonymous website usage data, such as pages visited, to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and hold your calls, prepare for discovery, respond to your questions and keep our own internal records. That's it.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run the site and our bookings. Cal.com handles scheduling, and our website host serves the site. These services process your information only to provide those functions. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you or respond to you, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email hello@epbiztech.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
